PURPOSE: To prepare elastic foam composite material having sufficient conductivity by forming continuous bubbles or meshes in a polymer material and immersing it in liquid conductive material or coating it with the liquid conductive material.

CONSTITUTION: Continuous bubbles are formed in a polymer material. The polymer material is immersed in liquid conductive material such as a silver powder-containing conductive ink which forms an elastic film when hardened to form a conductive film in the inner faces of the bubbles. Or, a mesh structure is formed in the polymer material and the skeleton of the meshes is coated with a conductive material to form a continuous conductive coating. Consequently, it is sufficient to use a small amount of the material. The shape can be chosen greatly optionally and as the conductive material, and flexible materials can also be chosen.
