Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a conductive foam having a metal film that shows little peeling by friction and little temporal change, and is not noticeable even at an opening; and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: The conductive foam comprises: polyurethane foam; a laminated metal layer of a three-layer structure which covers an outer surface and inner pore surfaces of the polyurethane foam; and an acrylic resin layer laminated on the laminated metal layer, where the laminated metal layer is laminated, from a side contacting the polyurethane foam, in the order of a nickel layer, a conductive layer comprising copper or silver, and a black coating film layer comprising a nickel/tin alloy, and the black coating film layer is exposed from a part of the acrylic resin layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
