Abstract:

To efficiently produce a conductive member in which two metal plates sandwiching an insulating film are coated with a resin.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a conductive member 100 in which an insulating film 10 is interposed between two metal plates 30, 40 includes: a primary molding process of producing an intermediate product 60 in which the insulating film 10 is coated with an insulating first resin 20 so that the insulating film 10 is at least partially exposed; and a secondary molding process in which at least a portion of an exposed portion of the insulating film 10 in the intermediate product 60 is sandwiched between the two metal plates 30, 40, and clasps 32, 42 of the insulating film in the two metal plates 30, 40 are covered with an insulating second resin 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
