Abstract:
To provide conductive oxide powder diversifying kinds of conductive oxides and reducing the quantity of indium to be used.
The conductive oxide powder is obtained by firing a raw material containing indium element and an alkaline earth metal element in a reducing atmosphere or an inert gas atmosphere. The conductive oxide powder is obtained by firing a raw material containing tin element or tin element and zinc element in addition to indium element and an alkaline earth metal element in the reducing atmosphere or the inert gas atmosphere.
