Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive paste capable of stably giving good conductivity over a long period of time.SOLUTION: The conductive paste contains a component (A): a conductive metal powder, a component (B): a compound having a benzoxazine ring, and a component (C): a reducing agent. The component (B) is a compound represented by formula (b1). The component (C) is at least one selected from gentisic acid, benzoic acid, 2-hydroxybenzoic acid, 3-hydroxybenzoic acid, 4-hydroxybenzoic acid, ascorbic acid, hydroquinone, and phenolphthalin.
