This conductive resin film includes (1) 100 pts.mass of a resin component which contains (a) 90-100 mass% of a cyclic olefinic resin and (b) 10-0 mass% of a hydrogenated product of an aromatic vinyl-conjugated diene block copolymer, (2) 15-50 pts.mass of a conductive filler, and (3) 0.1-8 pts.mass of a conjugated diene rubber.
