Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive velour material capable of restraining falling of bristles while excellently holding electric conductivity and flexibility of piles. SOLUTION: Piles 32 of a brush 30 as the conductive velour material are formed of first pile rows 32a and second pile rows 32b respectively in two rows. The first pile rows 32a are formed of conductive fibers, and are arranged in the width directional center of base cloth 31. The second pile rows 32b are formed of bristle falling preventive fibers having rigidity higher than the conductive fibers, and are respectively arranged on the width directional both edges of the base cloth 31 so as to sandwich the first pile rows 32a from both sides. The conductive fibers for forming the first pile rows 32a are supported from both sides by the second pile rows 32b composed of the bristle falling preventive fibers so that a bristle standing state is maintained.
