Abstract:

To provide a configuration check system for easily determining whether or not a user mounted device is mounted as before when merchandise from a user kept for repair or the like is returned.

When a personal computer 10 is delivered, configuration information when merchandise recorded in a shipping article IC tag 11 is shipped from the maker is read by an IC tag reader/writer 31, and registered in a database 120 as delivery configuration check data 122 with the identification information of a user mounted device 20. Also, the user mounted device 20 is attached with a user article IC tag 21 in which the identification information is recorded. Then, when merchandise is returned, information recorded in the shipping article IC tag 21 and the user article IC tag 11 is read, and compared with delivery configuration check data 122 recorded in a database 120, and it is confirmed that the user mounted device 20 is mounted.
