PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an out-going channel configuration, with which control information to each of users can be efficiently transmitted even on the conditions of vertically asymmetric transmitting information quantity, in a multicarrier/DS-CDMA mobile communication system.
SOLUTION: Concerning the configuration for the out-going channel in multicarrier/DS-CDMA mobile communication system for expanding the band of an information symbol with a spreading code stream and transmitting spreading codes provided by that band expansion while using plural subcarriers having prescribed frequency intervals, the plural communication channels assigned to respective plural subcarriers are multiplexed while being divided for each prescribed time frame and each of plural communication channels assigned to the respective subcarriers is composed of a common control channel to be commonly used by plural channels and communication channels peculiar for each of users.
