Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain an antenna constituting body which is suitable for use in wide-band telephone. CONSTITUTION: A compact antenna structure used for the portable transceiver of a wide-band cellular radio system is provided with first and second antenna coils 3 and 4 respectively tuned to transmission and reception frequencies and connected to the transmitting and receiving sections of the transceiver. The coils 3 and 4 are arranged on a common axis in a common housing 10, provided on the outside of the main housing 1 of telephone in such a state that the coils 3 and 4 are arranged in a line, one coil is coaxially arranged inside the other, or both coils are wound around each other.
