PURPOSE: To display thermal power simultaneously upon displaying of an operating state.

CONSTITUTION: A decoration ring 4 is so provided as to surround a pushbutton insertion hole 3 provided on a front surface plate 2 of an appliance 1. A pushbutton 5 for operating the implement 1 is longitudinally movably inserted into the ring 4 and the hole 3. It has an operating state position and a nonoperating state position at longitudinally different positions of the pushbutton 5. A flow rate is regulated by rotating the pushbutton 5 in the operating state of the pushbutton 5. A reflecting part 7 for reflecting a color of an outer surface of the pushbutton 5 to a forward side through a transparent part of the ring 4 is formed partly on a periphery of the ring 4. A partial color of the outer surface of the pushbutton 5 opposed to the ring 4 is differentiated from a color of the other part of the outer surface of the pushbutton 5 at the operating state position to be an operation display and thermal power display colored part 8. An amount of the part 8 opposed to the part 7 is varied in response to rotation of the pushbutton 5 in the operating state.
