Abstract:
To provide a vaccine which contains a complex of a carrier protein conjugated to an epitope of a disease-causing in vivo protein and has reduced antigenicity of the carrier protein and an effective antibody production capability as a vaccine.SOLUTION: A vaccine comprises a complex of a peptide consisting of an amino acid sequence that is the same or substantially the same as the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 and an epitope of a disease-causing in vivo protein. The disease-causing in vivo protein is preferably selected from a group consisting of DPP4, IL-17A, IgE, S100A9 and PCSK9.SELECTED DRAWING: None
