Abstract:

PURPOSE: To easily provide an improved type operational amplifier, capable of obtaining a high gain without using an intermediate gain stage at low cost.
CONSTITUTION: This connection drive/addition circuit for the inter-line operation of a differential amplifier is provided with differential amplifier input stages Q11-Q14 for amplifying input signals and a current control circuit Q15 for controlling an operation current, flowing to the active element of the differential amplifier input stages. Then, addition circuits QS1-QS8 divided into first and second groups and supplied with a current respectively from a single common floating current source 15 mutually connect an internal current supplied from the differential amplifier input stages, AB-class drive/output stages QD1-QD8/QO1-QO8 operated over almost the entire inter-line power supply voltage range are connected to the addition circuits, and at least single output signal for indicating the input signal is extracted.
