Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily, economically and automatically manufacture a connecting portion supporter provided with a cutout for receiving therein a wire having, a remarkably small diameter in a high-speed manufacturing process with high accuracy. CONSTITUTION: In a method for manufacturing a connecting portion supporter 1 made of metal or fixing a metal wire 5 to a connecting portion supporter 1, first, a cutout 3 is formed by blanking inside the connecting portion supporter 1. Subsequently, at least one portion of a wire rod end 4 is inserted into a cutout end region 10 which is affected by press-scoring. Thereafter, the connecting portion supporter 1 is partly deformed, so that the wire end 4 is firmly connected to the connecting portion supporter 1.
