PURPOSE: To improve sealing performance by the sealing members fixed onto one peripheral edge of a connecting opened port and the projecting-piece parts which extend to the opened port side from the flange peripheral edge on the other side in closely contact with the outside of the sealing members.
CONSTITUTION: A cooling unit 1 is shifted in parallel in the direction of arrow between a blower unit 7 and a heater unit 9, and the outer wall 1c of the body of the unit 1 is attached onto the positioning parts 7c and 9c of the units 7 and 9. Therefore, the unit 1 is certainly positioned, and sealing members 3 and 5 closely contact simultaneously with flange parts 7a and 9a and the projection- piece parts 7b and 9b perpendicular to said flange parts 7a and 9a. Therefore, when the positioning of the unit 1 and the units 7 and 9 is carried-out correctly, sealing is carried-out on two surfaces between the sealing members 3 and 5 and the flange parts 7a and 9a and the projection-piece parts 7b and 9b, and sealing performance can be improved. Further, even if the relative position relation shifts in the connection direction, and sealing performance is a little deteriorated, the close contact performance between the projection-piece parts and the sealing members can be secured, and the deterioration of function can be suppressed.
