PURPOSE: To connect a piezoelectric element in a printing head electrically to the outside positively, and to facilitate connection operation.
CONSTITUTION: The intermediate section of a T-shaped printed wiring board 30 having flexibility is bent and held between the base end of a laminating type piezoelectric element 10 and the upper section of the temperature compensating body 13 of a rear end section 12c between a pair of strut sections 12a, 12b in a frame 12 in a printing mechanism 11 for driving the printing wire 10. Both left and right side blade sections 31a, 31a of the printed wiring board 30 are arranged in clearances facing the oppositely faced internal surfaces of a pair or external electrodes in the piezoelectric element 10 and a pair of the strut sections 12a, 12b. The connecting sections of conductors exposed to both left and right side blade sections 31a, 31a and the external electrodes in the piezoelectric element 10 are bonded and fixed with conductive adhesives.
