PURPOSE: To facilitate the construction of house by embedding a first member in one member, and inserting a second member, which is projected from the first member, to another member, and inserting a third member into a hole of the second member from outside of another member.

CONSTITUTION: A hole is provided in a groundsill 3, and a nut cylindrical member 4 is fitted in the hole from the lower side of the groundsill 3. A bolt rod 5b of a member 5 with bolt rod is screwed in a female screw hole 4c provided in a barrel part 4a of the nut cylindrical member 4. Next, an insertion hole previously formed in a column 1 is fitted out of a base plate 5a of the member 5 with a bolt rod. Furthermore, wedge members 8 are inserted to a hole 1a previously formed in the side surface of the column 1, a connection hole 6 of the base plate 5a and the opposite hole 1a by hitting them with a hammer or the like to connect the column 1 and the groundsill 3.
