Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a highly reliable connector device by eliminating need of directly soldering a diode to a connector by a worker.
CONSTITUTION: A printed circuit board 5 is penetrated by plural input/output connector pins 2-1 to 2-2n provided in a connector 2. This printed board 5 comprises a semiconductor element 8 disposed in an inverse bias condition to each of input/output connector pins 2-1 to 2-n, and a pattern 9 for connecting both ends of the semiconductor terminal 8 to each of the input/output connector pins 2-1 to 2-n. Work manhours can thus be reduced.
