This connector inserting/pulling-out tool includes a first arm 2 having a first gripping section 2a capable of coming into contact with the connector 100 to be mounted to a port 200 of an apparatus 300, a second arm 3 that is rockably connected to the first arm 2 and has a second gripping section 3a capable of holding the connector 100 by cooperation with the first gripping section 2a, a case 10 that has a guide section 10d capable of engaging with the outer surface of the port 200 and holds the first arm 2 and second arm 3 movably in the inserting/pulling-out direction of the connector 100, and an energizing spring 5 for energizing the first arm 2 and second arm 3 to the guide section 10d side of the case 10.
