Abstract:

To obtain a comfortable material having good crease resistance and good touch feeling.

A conposite yarn is obtained by doubling and twisting an S-twist single yarn and an S-twist single yarn as Z twist in a twist count of 100% to 300% based on twist count of the S-twist single yarn or doubling and twisting a Z-twist single yarn and a Z-twist single yarn as S twist in a twist count of 100% to 300% based on twist count of the Z-twist single yarn. A woven or knitted fabric is obtained by using the doubled and twisted conposite yarn at least as warp or weft. A woven fabric having good touch feeling, W & W properties and cleaning off feeling, compared with conventional woven fabrics is obtained by using cotton yarn.
