Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption in a source type constant current driver circuit.
SOLUTION: For instance, a current mirror circuit 13 for generating a current corresponding to the 1/β times of a reference current is connected to the base of a transistor(TR) Q2 for generating the reference current. The circuit 13 turns back the base current of the TR Q2, amplifies the base current to n times, and then supplies the amplified current as a base current of an output TR Q8 arranged on the final stage. Thus an output current corresponding to the n times of the reference current can be obtained while reducing a circuit current i.
