To always insure a bearing function in simple and small-sized construction and improve reliability of the device by interposing a bearing member between a sheave member selectively towing a throttle wire and the fixed shaft of it, and relatively rotationally moving the bearing member respectively against the sheave member or the fixed shaft.
In the actuator of this constant speed running device, connection of a sector gear driven by a reduction gear with a semicircular sheave 7 as a sheave member with a throttle wire 6 wound thereon is made on and off by an electromagnetic clutch having a metal plate 8b and the like. In this case, the semicircular sheave 7 is rotatably supported with a fixed shaft 17 through a metal bearing 18. Respective clearance A, B are partitioned respectively between the bearing part 7a of the semicircular sheave 7 and the metal bearing 18 and between the fixed shaft 17 and the metal bearing 18, and the metal bearing 18 is respectively relatively rotated in the respective clearances A, B. Hereby even when either of the semicircular sheave 7 and the fixed shaft is fixed to the metal bearing 18, a bearing function is insured by either of the other.
