CONSTITUTION: A far infrared ray heater 3 which irradiates the inside of the closed chamber 23 with far infrared rays and a holding member 4 for a body to be stored are arranged. A water tank 5 is arranged in the closed chamber 23 and below the arrangement position of the holding member 4, and a shutter member 6 which partitions the inside of the closed chamber 23 into a water tank chamber 27 and a stored body chamber 26 and adjusts the opening/closure extent to control the vaporization amount of water from the water tank 5 is arranged between the water tank 5 and holding member 4. At least the internal wall 24 which forms the stored body chamber 26 and the shutter member 26 in the closed chamber 23 are formed of far infrared ray reflecting members.
