To provide a constituting method of a table in a machine which makes a table of high plane accuracy easily obtainable with no machining work required.

In a surface plate surface (a) of a flat vacuum type surface plate 2, a table member A is arranged, and to an upper surface suitable part of this table member A, a bonding agent C is applied. With this table member A, a frame member B having a connection part Ba in a lower surface is brought into pressure contact, and the connection part and a space part D are charged with the bonding agent C. This pressure contact attitude is left as maintained, the bonding agent C is dried and hardened, both the members A, B are fixedly bonded.
