CONSTITUTION: By constructing a continuous underground wall 11 along the side of a used space 1 of a railroad track, a road, a river and others and by excavating the underground part of the used space 1 by under-peening using pipe roof engineering, an underground part body is constructed so as to cross the underground of the used space 1. A structural pedestal is constructed along the side of the used space 1 with this underground part body as an underground beam and a base, and a first main girder construction by suspension bridge engineering is constructed by using this structural pedestal After constructing the first main girder construction, with this first main girder construction as a manufacturing yard, a second main girder construction to the final main girder construction are constructed by sliding engineering, and the whole body is formed as a construction integrating the bridge pier part construction and a girder part construction with each other.
