Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the efficiency of construction, by a method wherein a screwed reinforcing steel bar is used as an anchor bolt, a diameter of a hole for the anchor bolt is made relatively smaller, and the anchor bolt is fastened to the hole with nonshrinking mortar and is tightened with a coupler and a lock nut.
CONSTITUTION: An anchor bolt for a column 7 made of structural steel is formed of a screwed reinforcing steel bar 3 and a diameter of a hole 15 provided on a foundation 1 is made smaller. The reinforcing steel bar 3 is inserted into the hole 15, and the hole 15 is filled with nonshrink mortar 4 and thus the reinforcing steel bar 3 is fastened to the hole. After that, a coupler 8 and a lock nut 9 are screwed on the reinforcing steel bar 3 and the column 7 is fastened to the foundation 1. The screwed reinforcing steel bar is turned into the anchor bolt only by being cut down in a fixed length and the anchor bolt is fastened to the foundation with a small amount of the nonshrink mortar 4. In this way, the placing of foundation bolts can be effectively done.
