CONSTITUTION: This construction work managing device has the 1st processing means for storing data inputted from an input device 3 in accordance with a journal slip format displayed on a display device 4 in a journal slip file, the 2nd processing for reading out data necessary for specific management from the journal slip file and outputting the data from an output device 5 in accordance with a format for the specific management and the 3rd processing means for automatically transferring the cost of uncompleted construction to each account item for the cost of completed construction by inputting a field number to the journal slip format. Consequently processing for transferring the cost of uncompleted construction to each acount item for the cost of completed construction can be automatically executed and a transferred journal slip format can be corrected at the field, so that even if an error exists in a slip, the cost of the completed construction can simply be corrected.
