Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection terminal structure having high reliability, an electronic device, a semiconductor element, and a circuit board.SOLUTION: A connection terminal structure includes: first connection terminals 14 each having a first notch 16 and composed of a conductor; and second connection terminals 20 each having a second notch 22 and composed of a conductor. The first connection terminals and the second connection terminals are combined so that the first notches and the second notches are engaged, and the first connection terminals and the second connection terminals are bonded by solder 18 formed in the first notches or the second notches.
