PURPOSE: To cut a wide straight line portion a cute angle portion and a narrow space with two blades of a single spatula effectively.

CONSTITUTION: This contact cutter spatula comprises a 0.5 to 0.7mm thick- trapezoid-shaped stainless steel sheet-made main body 2 where the length of a base 2a ranges from 140 to 160 and the height of a side 2c on one side normal to the base 2a and the upside 2b ranges from 45 to 65mm and the angle between a side 2d on the other side and the base 2a is 45° and below and a 8 to 10mm thick wooden made handle 3 which is mounted to the main body 2 and clamps the main body 2 from both sides to the upside 2b of the main body 2. This construction makes it possible to carry out contact-cutting in a wide straight line portion, a narrow space and an acute angle zone and shape up a corner portion with a single spatula and use the spatula with the both sides and enhance the handling convenience.
