The inner straw container apparatus is composed of a storage guide portion 40 for vertically movably guiding an inner straw 30 at a mouth 11 of a container body 10, a fixed straw 20 having the upper end fixed at the lower part of the mouth 11 and the lower end extending to the bottom 12 of the container body 10, and a float portion 31 provided on the outer peripheral part of the inner straw 30 so as to be vertically moved in the fixed straw 20.
