Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container arranging mechanism in an article assorting apparatus, in which an article case containing an article to be taken out does not become an empty case between a delivery case and a next article case, for preventing the arrangement failure in the classification of the article to the delivery case.SOLUTION: A container arranging mechanism comprises: an article container connection path 31 for feeding a plurality of article containers 101α and β; a classification lane, on which a distribution container 100 for receiving the classification of an article 201 is transferred; an assorting position 32, at which the articles are classified from the article containers 101α and β to the distribution container 100; a gripping mechanism 301 for moving the article 201 to the distribution container 100; transfer means 510 for moving the article container 101β on the farther side of the classification lane to the assorting position 32 over the article container 101α on the classification side; and a control part 10 for controlling at least one of the transfers of the article containers 101α and β, the transfer of the distribution container 100, the movement of the article 201 and the movement operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 16
