Abstract:
To provide a contaminated soil cleaning method with which contaminated soil can be easily removed by reliably dehydrating a contaminated region lower than the groundwater level.
The contaminated region in soil is surrounded by a wall member (15), soil lower than the contaminated region (Gp) is subjected to soil improvement, pumping wells (17) are installed in the region (4) surrounded by the wall member (15) and the soil (16) having been subjected to the soil improvement, water stored in the pumping wells (17) is pumped, the pumping is continued for a prescribed term, and thereafter, the soil in the region (4) surrounded by the wall member (15) and the soil (16) having been subjected to the soil improvement is dug and conveyed.
