The content distribution system comprises a learning content information providing server 120, and a learner's operation terminal 100. The learning content information providing server 120 is provided with a content list output means (step S212) which creates, in accordance with the input learning level, a content list including difficulty of each of a plurality of visual and audio contents stored in a video sound distribution server 130 and relevant level information, and outputs the content list to the learner's operation terminal 100. The learner's operation terminal 100 is provided with a distribution requesting means (step S205, S207) which requests the servers 120 and 130 for distribution of a specific content selected from the content list by the input of a learner, and a synchronization control means which selectively outputs, in synchronization with reproduction of the main content distributed from the video sound distribution server 130, a corresponding sub content distributed from the learning content information providing server 120.
