PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that can make it easier for users to recognize content to be submitted by providers.SOLUTION: A content supplying device 10 connectable to a terminal device used by providers providing content or users browsing the content comprises: a content reception unit that receives the content transmitted by a provider terminal device 21 to store the received content in a storage device; a management unit that manages content information associated with a provider identifier, the content and a score to be given to the content, and user information associated with a user identifier and the score; a content processing unit that browsably discloses the content; and a score processing unit that, when receiving a score giving instruction to give the score to disclosure content disclosed by the content processing unit from a user terminal device 23, adds the score in accordance with the score giving instruction to a score associated with the disclosure content in the content information, and subtracts the score in the user information on the basis of the score.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
