Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the use of a content exceeding the range of private use, when transmitting the content stored in home via an external network.SOLUTION: A server grants a reproducible time to a terminal when registering the terminal for remote access. When performing stream-transmission of a content to a terminal, the server reduces the reproducible time by a transmission time, and disables further transmission when a residual reproducible time becomes zero. Also, when transferring the content to the terminal, the server subtracts a content length from the reproducible time, and disables further transmission when a residual reproducible time becomes zero.
