Title:
Continuation plating device
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6129497
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
The serial galvanizing system comprises: a galvanizing tank (10), which contains a galvanizing solution (11); galvanizing workpieces that are transferred serially, while they are held by a transfer support and are attached to a cathode; nozzles (30), which are arranged in the galvanizing tank at a position in relation to the workpieces, where the galvanizing solution is discharged towards the workpieces; and anodes (40), which are arranged in the galvanizing tank at a position in relation to the workpieces and serially transferred into the galvanizing tank. The nozzles and anodes are alternately and repeatedly arranged along a transfer direction in which the workpieces are serially transferred. The anodes comprise a horizontal, circular and curved cross sectional profile so that a distance from a target surface of the workpieces increases a distance from a center line of electrodes. Each of the anodes is divided into two parts and perpendicularly intersects the transfer direction. The anodes are insoluble anodes. The nozzles with the circular, horizontal cross-sectional profile have a diameter, which is smaller than a diameter of the horizontal cross-section of the anodes. A midpoint of the nozzles is arranged at a position closer to the target surface of the workpieces compared with a midpoint of a horizontal cross-section of the anodes. A first minimum distance from each of the nozzles to the target surface from each of the workpieces is smaller than a second minimum distance from each of the anodes to the target surface from each of the workpieces, and an outer diameter of nozzles is smaller than the second minimum distance. A third minimum distance between the anodes and the nozzles is smaller than the second minimum distance. The third minimum distance is greater than or equal to the first minimum distance.
