Title:
CONTINUOUS DISK WINDING
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS59126614
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make the length and relative position to other windings of each parallel conductor equal by a method wherein a continuous disk winding is composed of three parallel conductors and crossovers between three successive sections are executed by a specific exchange method.

CONSTITUTION: A continuous disk winding is composed of three parallel conductors (a), (b), (c), and a certain portion of the upper part of the winding, for instance, upper six sections, winding is made in conventional way. In other words, in the 1st section a parallel conductor (a) only is wound one additional turn and this procedure is repeated by the order of (b), (c), (a) until the 6th section. At the crossover between each section, only the exchange of two conductors on both sides is executed. At the crossovers between each section from the 7th section to the 9th section, two adjacent conductors of three parallel conductors, whose relative positions are not changed, and another one conductor are exchanged to make the crossover.
