PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous granulation device capable of continuously supplying a wet granulated material having uniform granularity to a continuous dryer at a constant speed in order to manufacture a desired granule.SOLUTION: A continuous granulation device 1 comprises: a granulated material supply part 3 for mixing a powder raw material with a liquid to continuously form a wet granulated material; and a granulating part 4 integrally arranged with the granulated material supply part 3 in a latter portion of the granulated material supply part 3 and continuously granulating the wet granulated material into a desired granularity. The granulated material supply part 3 has a screw 10 for mixing the powder raw material with the liquid while sending the mixture in an axial direction. The granulating part 4 has a granulating chamber 18 for granulating the wet granulated material mixed and formed in the granulated material supply part. The granulating chamber 18 comprises an impeller 20 for pulverizing the wet granulated material and a screen 22 having a lot of holes 21 for discharging the wet granulated material pulverized by the rotation of the impeller 20.
