PURPOSE: To absorb a difference in a treating speed between a marking process and a cutting process, to improve productive efficiency, and to enable automation to be also realized by a method wherein an accumulator is provided between the marking process and the cutting process, and a hose is temporarily stored.

CONSTITUTION: A vulcanized molded continuous hose 24 is put, in a wound state, on a rotary dish pan 22 of a supply device 10, and is passed through rolls 26, 28 of a conveying device 12 by drawing its end out to convey the hose 24 continuously. At the same time marking rolls 38, 40 of a marking device 16 are pushed on a surface of the hose 24 from both right and left sides, and specific printing is performed on the both faces of the hose 24. The sent out hose 24, after being hung by winding by several turns between a pair of rolls 66, 68 of an accumulator 20, is passed through another conveying device 14 and is sent to a cutter 18 to be cut by each specific length here. For the accumulator 20, the movable roll 68 is firstly positioned almost in contact with the fixed roll 60. Thereafter, the movable roll 28 rises following delivery of the hose 24, and a space between the rolls is being spread.
