To provide a continuous online registration information acquisition system that can automatically store registration information in an image data file when a prepared print button is depressed, by defining the image data file as a virtual printer instead of employing printing.
A user prepares by him/herself objects in a necessary-to-browse object file prepared by the system, sets the objects as required, and sequentially sets a browser function to display images of browse results on a JavaTM applet. A depression of a print button set on the screen produces a virtual printer instead of executing printing to store the display in an image data file. The image data file is converted to a database of registration information, which can be used widely in the business world.
