A control circuit of a DC-DC converter is provided with a synchronous rectification period adjustment circuit 40. This synchronous rectification period adjustment circuit 40 includes: a comparator 41 which compares a node voltage VLX between a main side transistor and a synchronization side transistor with a first reference voltage Vr1; and one-shot circuits 47 and 48 which output control signals S8 and S9 in accordance with the comparison result with a comparator 42 which compares the voltage VLX with a second reference voltage Vr2. The synchronous rectification period adjustment circuit 40 includes a gm amplifier 49 which adjusts an OFF timing of the synchronization side transistor in response to the above-mentioned control signal S8 and S9.
