PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a safe driving with an external support when circumstances arise that can only be determined by human during an automatic driving of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A control device generates priority information indicating the priority of a plurality of automatic driving operations for performing an automatic driving of a vehicle, determines one of the plurality of automatic driving operations on the basis of the priority information, and performs the automatic operation.
