PURPOSE: To mold the cover seal packing of an air cleaner excellent in seal property, ejecting the mixed liquid at uniform height over the toral range in the annular groove of a cover, and causing the height of molded seal packing to be uniform, by using the construction decreasing continuously the ejected amount of mixed liquid at the beginning of the mixed liquid-ejection.
CONSTITUTION: A plunger 32 is raised, and if its lower end passe beyond the point (a), the cross sectional area of an opening is continuously increased, whereby the ejected amount of mixed liquid is increased correspondigly to the incease of the cross sectional area of the opening. When the lowest position of the plunger 32 passes point (c), the ejected amount becomes constant. On the contrary, the cross sectional area of the opening is continuously decreased with the lowering of the plunger 32, and the ejected amount is obtained correspondingly to the cross setional area of the opening. When the plunger 32 reaches the bottom, the passage is perfectly cut off. Accordingly, the ejected amounts of foaming resin mixed liquid at the beginning and the finishing are almost equal to the amount ejected when the lower end of the plunger 32 is situated at the position equal to or higher than point (c), whereby the height of the ejected mixed liquid is caused to be uniform.
