Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device which opens a fuel lid by protruding an open rod even if a lock piece is frozen at an unlocking position.
SOLUTION: This control device 20 is so constructed that a first swing lever 32 is mounted on the open rod 21, a sensor 28 for detecting the protruding condition and a pressing-in condition of the open rod 21 is provided and, when a second swing lever 33 jointed to the lock piece 22 is pressed against a first swing lever 32 to press-in the open rod 21 by a tensile spring 36, a second swing lever 33 is swung integrally with the first swing lever 32 and, when the open rod 21 is protruded, the second swing lever 33 is swung integrally with the first swing lever 32 with the spring force of a tensile spring 36.
