To control accurately an amount of sold cards in a game parlor by means of a central controller, by providing a card dispensing machine, a card ball dispensing machine, a terminal controller for computing and controlling the amount sold, the central controller, and so on, in facilities providing games through a prepaid card.
Card dispenser machines 4-6 are connected, via LAN 80 and 87-89, to a terminal controller 2 which controls cards in an game parlor. The card dispenser machines 4-6 each receive a signal specifying an amount of lent money after money is slotted in, then they write each of items, such as consecutive number, name of the game parlor, and date, onto the corresponding cards 7-9, and issue the cards 7-9. In the case a player borrows balls from the ball dispensing machine 11 of a game-board group 10 by means of the card 7, the player inserts the card 7 into a ball-dispensing machine 11 and specifies an amount of money for the balls the player borrows. As the result, the information data is transmitted to the terminal controller 2 via the LAN 81 and 80, then transmitted to a central controller by means of a telecommunication line 90, and an amount of sold cards, conditions in which they are used, and so on are computed.
