Abstract:

To provide a control device for improving a fuel consumption rate in a hybrid vehicle that executes abnormal noise reduction control according to the torque of a motor.

In the hybrid vehicle, as a range of a torque command value of a second motor generator, the range being a condition for executing abnormal noise reduction control for preventing abnormal noise (gear rattle) in a power transmission system, when rotation speed deviation ΔNe obtained by subtracting a target engine rotation speed Netarget from a real engine rotation speed Nereal is "0" or a positive value, the range is set to be smaller in such a manner that the abnormal noise reduction control is not started until the torque command value of the second motor generator becomes comparatively lower, thereby improving the fuel consumption rate. Meanwhile, when the rotation speed deviation is a negative value, the range is set to be larger as the value is smaller, and the abnormal noise reduction control is started at timing at which the torque command value of the second motor generator is comparatively higher, thereby preventing the generation of abnormal noise.
