Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate an intended time difference of compression self-ignition timing of pre-mixed air fuel mixture and thus disperse heat generation timing.SOLUTION: A control device 200 for an internal combustion engine 100 includes: a combustion control section for controlling injection amount and injection timing of a fuel injection valve 20 and ignition timing of an ignition plug 16 so that ignition assist self-ignition combustion for performing flame propagation combustion of part of fuel by using the ignition plug 16 and by using heat generated at this time, performing pre-mixed compression self-ignition combustion of remaining fuel is generated in a combustion chamber; and an ozone supply amount control section for controlling ozone supply amount to the combustion chamber by using an ozone supply device 81. The combustion control section controls the injection amount and injection timing of the fuel injection valve and the ignition timing of the ignition plug 16 so that predicted self-ignition timing when the ignition assist self-ignition combustion is performed becomes target self-ignition timing. The ozone supply amount control section is configured to control the ozone supply amount on the basis of the fuel amount used for the pre-mixed compression self-ignition combustion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
