Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate a servo feeder device without damaging the synchronous operation with a press and without generating vibration, noise, etc., even when the production speed is changed.
SOLUTION: A definition data area 27 to store the servo gain parameters of a servo feeder device corresponding to the production speed of a press is provided. When the production speed of the press is detected by a variable gain processing means 26, the servo gain parameter corresponding to the detected production speed is read from the definition data area 27, and the command value is operated by a control command operating means 29, and the servo feeder device is controlled based on the command value.
