Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the occurrence of overheat etc. when the hydraulic circuit of a static oil pressure transmission part into comes an oil pressure relief condition.
CONSTITUTION: When a high load is applied during the travel of a vehicle to detect the oil pressure relief condition of the oil pressure circuit of a static oil pressure transmission part by a relief condition detection means 1, a relief control means 2 controls the angle of the discharge quantity setting cam plate of a pump so as to be reduced to a given value (e.g. 50 % of the maximum angle) or less. Moreover, when oil pressure relief occurs during vehicle traveling at a high speed stage, a transmission is switched to a low speed stage to restart the vehicle.
