To ensure a state in which a vehicle can be traveled even after collision by preventing leak of gas fuel in the collision.
The vehicle is a hybrid vehicle comprising an engine 1 which generates a driving force by burning gas fuel stored in a gas fuel tank 22 and a traveling motor 2 driven by receiving electric energy from a battery 8. When collision is predicted, or collision is actually caused, a main valve 35 of the tank 22 is closed in a state where the vehicle can be traveled by the traveling motor 2 (drive of the engine 1 is stopped). In the collision prediction, when no actual collision is detected even after the lapse of a predetermined period from closing of the main valve 35, the main valve 35 can be opened. When collision (particularly, rear-end collision) is predicted, a driving force requested by a driver is large, and collision (particularly, back collision) is predicted, acceleration request for avoiding the collision is determined, and closing of the main valve 35 can be prohibited.
